Provide exceptional guest service while maintaining a positive attitude. Engage with players in a friendly and professional manner, aiding, explaining game rules, and maintaining a positive and entertaining atmosphere. Adhere to Table Games policies, procedures, and internal controls, maintaining a steadfast commitment to their standards. Communicate with Supervisors to address any issues and contribute to maintaining a seamless flow of gaming floor operations. Facilitate the exchange of currency for gaming chips, ensuring all wagers fall within the designated minimum and maximum table limits. Guarantee proper placement of bets before card dealing, executing efficient and accurate shuffling and dealing techniques. Handle chips with precision and speed, presenting hands in a clear and easily readable manner. Manage the payment of winning bets and collection of losing bets, safeguarding the security and integrity of the game. Call for service or advice as necessary. Verify and deposit game-related paperwork in the drop box. Pass on game-related information to the incoming dealer. Efficiently deal and manage various Casino games such as blackjack, poker variants, or baccarat, following established rules and procedures. Demonstrate the capacity to make prompt and sound decisions, especially under pressure. Have sensitivity to diverse cultures and backgrounds when interacting with players.
