The company is expanding its presence in the Las Vegas market and has several luxury residential projects underway and in development. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Superintendentto join their team.

Position Overview: The Superintendent will oversee the day-to-day field operations of high-end custom residential projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to the quality standards expected in luxury construction. This role will coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, schedules, and site activities while working closely with the Project Manager, architects, designers, and other project stakeholders. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience deliveringhigh-end or luxury custom homesand understands the attention to detail required on complex residential projects.

Essential Job Functions: Manage daily field operations for high-end custom residential construction projects. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, inspections, and site activities. Develop and maintain short-term construction schedules and ensure work progresses according to the overall project schedule. Review plans, specifications, and project details to ensure work is executed correctly. Monitor workmanship and maintain high standards for quality, fit, finish, and overall project execution. Identify field conflicts, constructability issues, and schedule risks and work proactively with the Project Manager to resolve them. Coordinate closely with Project Managers, architects, designers, subcontractors, and vendors. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure work complies with plans, specifications, building codes, and safety requirements. Track project progress and communicate field updates, issues, and upcoming needs to project leadership. Manage punch-list activities and support project closeout and final inspections. Maintain a clean, organized, professional, and safe jobsite. Build strong working relationships with subcontractors and trade partners while holding teams accountable for schedule and quality.

Required Skills & Experience: Experience supervisinghigh-end or luxury custom residential construction projects. Strong working knowledge of residential construction methods, sequencing, materials, and trade coordination. Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, specifications, and construction documents. Strong understanding of luxury finishes and the quality expectations associated with custom residential construction. Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and trades throughout the construction process. Ability to identify and resolve field issues efficiently while protecting schedule and quality. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with Project Managers, architects, designers, clients, subcontractors, and vendors. Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship. Comfortable using construction technology and project-management tools. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to local project sites.

Base Salary: $90,000–$135,000, depending on experience.
