IT Production Support Engineer

Key responsibilities: Monitor and support end-to-end claims batch processing and related data transfers Investigate and analyze claims, determining root causes and executing recovery actions Log, triage, and manage incidents in ServiceNow, assisting with Root Cause Analysis for recurring issues

Required qualifications: 4-5 years of experience in the healthcare domain, specifically with claims processing systems Strong SQL skills with experience querying large, complex datasets Familiarity with ServiceNow incident management Understanding of batch scheduling and production monitoring tools Knowledge of EDI 837 transactions and claims data flows (preferred)
