Chief Development & Fundraising Officer

Jewish Family Service of MetroWest is seeking a Chief Development Officer to lead development, Board engagement, and community fundraising initiatives. You will direct donor cultivation, supervise the development team, and coordinate with the CEO and CFO on budgets and strategic plans. You will build relationships with donors and ensure strong stewardship across major gift programs, events, and giving societies. This role requires senior nonprofit experience and proven fundraising leadership.
