Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency protocols through ongoing training. Collaborate with hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient patient flow and care quality.
Qualifications & Skills: DDS/DMD from an accredited program and valid licensure to practice dentistry. Certifications such as CPR, DEA, and nitrous oxide (where applicable). Passion for working with children and adults, with a focus on community health. Strong teamwork, communication, and patient-focused attitude.
