The role focuses on providing strategic legal guidance for a company developing scalable, high-temperature nuclear power, managing a broad portfolio of commercial transactions, project finance, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. The successful candidate will draft and negotiate complex agreements, support finance transactions, and ensure compliance with applicable DOE, NRC, and FERC frameworks while
