Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment to facilitate the storage and timely delivery of products to customers.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Follow all work instructions from Warehouse Manager
- Complete shipping and receiving tasks (loading and unloading of trucks) in an accurate and timely manner
- Complete required SAP transactions and other required recordkeeping for outbound product and inbound raw materials and packaging
- Clean and organize all warehouses, freezers, and storage trailers in accordance with all GMPs and established standards
- Manage receipt and stocking of finished goods from Production. Finished goods and materials should be managed on a FIFO basis
- Donate or dispose of short dated or damaged product as needed
- Assist Production and QA departments with inventory control efforts
- Prioritize workplace safety at all times
Qualifications:
- Forklift certification and pallet jack experience
- Warehouse and/or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to accurately count and perform basic math
- High school diploma preferred
- Spanish language a plus
Physical Demands and work environment:
- Lift (up to 50 lbs) and bend as needed
- Able to adjust work schedule as needed
- Exposure to a cool/cold environment for sustained periods
