ABA Behavior Technician — In-Home Child Therapy

Astra ABA is seeking passionate Behavior Technicians to join our team in Madison, NC. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in-home settings and implement BIPs under BCBA supervision. You will use ABA techniques like positive reinforcement, shaping, and NET to support communication, social, play, adaptive, and academic skills. Daily data collection and HIPAA-compliant documentation are required.
