Litigation Attorney

Duties: Conduct comprehensive legal research using tools like Lexis Nexis Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery requests Assist Partner with preparing for trial Represent clients in depositions and hearings Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, gather information, and clarify legal options Collaborate with Partner on litigation strategies

Requirements: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active bar admission Experience in civil litigation procedures Strong knowledge of procedural law and legal motion preparation Proficiency in legal research platforms such as Lexis Nexis and Westlaw Excellent writing skills for drafting pleadings, correspondence, written discovery, motions, and trial preparation Attend depositions and court appearances Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines under pressure Join Hinshaw, Marsh, Still & Kanter to learn from the best in the business. Pay: $135,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
