LITIGATION defense paralegal sought for top rated Texas regional law firm in Houston, TX. Hybrid after ramp‑up period based on performance.
Responsibilities:
File through trial litigation defense experience in Texas state court (primarily)
E‑filing, discovery; fact, expert and basic legal research; trial exhibits
Assist with case management; experience in DMS platforms
At‑trial experience helpful but not required
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in litigation defense (civil side) in Texas
Solid tenure
References and background check will be completed
Drama‑free attitude
