Retirement Plan Advisor Boutique Wealth Management FirmIrvine, CAA growing boutique wealth management firm is seeking a proactive Retirement Plan Advisor to lead and deepen retirement plan relationships while helping expand a successful retirement plan practice.

What You'll Do:

Serve as lead relationship manager for 401(k), 403(b), ERISA-governed and other retirement plans
Partner with plan sponsors on fiduciary responsibilities, plan design, performance and ongoing service
Lead sponsor and employee education meetings, including periodic client-site visits
Retain and grow existing relationships and help support the launch of the firm's PEPWhat You Bring 5+ years of client-facing retirement plan advisory experience
Bachelor's degree
Strong knowledge of 401(k), 403(b) and ERISA plansAIF, CFP or similar designation preferred
Proactive, growth-minded and collaborative approach
What's Offered$100,000–$125,000 base + approximately 10% bonus
