Global Marketing Technical Expert We are partnering with a global life sciences client to find a Global Technical Marketing Expert who will serve as a scientific and technical authority within one of their key therapeutic categories. This role will provide deep technical expertise, market insight, and strategic guidance to internal teams and external stakeholders, helping shape category strategy, product development, launch planning, and long-term portfolio growth.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the global subject matter expert for a selected therapeutic category, translating scientific, clinical, market, and competitive trends into actionable business insights.
  • Partner with commercial, marketing, regulatory, R&D, category, and business development teams to inform product strategy, pipeline development, lifecycle management, and launch execution.
  • Build and leverage relationships with key opinion leaders, research institutions, industry bodies, and regulatory stakeholders to strengthen scientific credibility and category leadership.
  • Develop data generation, publication, positioning, messaging, and claims strategies that support product differentiation, value propositions, and market adoption.
  • Provide technical guidance for emerging technologies, partnerships, business development opportunities, and potential acquisitions.
  • Create and deliver technical training and guidance for regional and local teams to strengthen product knowledge and commercial effectiveness.
  • Represent the organization’s technical leadership at scientific and industry events globally.
Requirements:
  • Degree in veterinary medicine required; board certification or specialty recognition is a plus.
  • Experience in a technical, scientific, medical affairs, R&D, or related role within a pharmaceutical or life sciences organization.
  • Strong understanding of global therapeutic categories, regulatory considerations, competitive dynamics, and commercial strategy.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, marketing, regulatory, research, technical, and business development teams in a global environment.
  • Experience supporting product launches, commercialization strategies, KOL engagement, scientific communications, technical training, or publication planning.
  • Ability to communicate complex scientific information clearly to both technical and commercial audiences.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regionally and globally as needed.
