KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Machine setup, process proof-out, development builds, tooling improvements, and overall process readiness for future validation and production activitiesExperience supporting process development and new product introduction activitiesTroubleshooting tooling, workholding, and machining issuesWork closely with Manufacturing Engineers and Master Programmer to optimize processes and improve machine performanceShop-floor presence with the ability to independently execute development work and support engineering projectsEXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment (internship/co-ops acceptable) Experience troubleshooting machine mechanical systemsExperience with CNC equipment and related programming software is preferred
