Area ROI Supervisor - Lead Medical Records & Compliance

MRO is seeking an Area Supervisor to manage daily scheduling for ROI Specialists at client sites in the Las Vegas area. You will serve as the liaison between MRO and client management to ensure all ROI activities comply with policies and regulations and are completed on time. Responsibilities include supervising on-site staff, adjusting assignments for peak periods, performing QA monitoring, and leading performance reviews.
