BJ’s Wholesale Club in Marlborough, MA, seeks a Real Estate Counsel with 4–7 years of real estate law experience to support leases, development deals, and portfolio transactions. The role requires JD and MA bar eligibility, with experience as developer-side counsel in retail preferred. This hybrid role offers in-office Tuesdays–Thursdays at the Marlborough center and remote Mondays and Fridays. You will collaborate across internal teams, manage outside counsel, and advise on property-related
