Position Description:
- RN - Charge NurseThe RN - Charge Nurse is proficient in the care of a patient population utilizing effective managerial skills. Acts as a professional role model for other members of the nursing team
- Acts as a professional role model for other members of the nursing team. Is responsible for developing self and team members and sharing organizational information
- The Charge Nurse performs the role of preceptor and charge nurse

Requirements:
Registered Nurse licenseBLS2 years RN acute care experience Bachelor's Degree in NursingICU Experience
Preferred: 1 year Leadership experience
