Junior Corporate Associate – M&A, PE & Finance

Winston Taylor's Chicago office seeks an entry-level associate (class of 2027 JD) to join the corporate department in fall 2027. You will have the opportunity to work across mergers & acquisitions, private equity, finance, capital markets and investment funds practices. Candidates should have excellent academic credentials and strong analytical, writing, and verbal skills. Prior work experience in transactions is preferred but not required.
