Litigation Associate

Overview: The role involves working on commercial, intellectual property, energy, insurance, and class action matters, with opportunities to develop a specialized practice over time. The position offers substantive responsibility from day one, including direct client communication, depositions, mediations, case strategy, and ownership of key aspects of matters. Candidates are expected to have familiarity with Colorado courts, rules, and procedures. Preferred experience includes taking depositions and exposure to complex commercial, intellectual property, and/or energy litigation.
