Resident Experience Director, Therapeutic Recreation

Topaz Fiscal Services LLC is seeking an Activities Director for a Skilled Nursing Facility. You will plan, implement, and assess a person-centered therapeutic activities program addressing physical, cognitive, social, and spiritual needs in compliance with CMS requirements. Responsibilities include organizing a monthly calendar, conducting MDS F assessments, leading group and 1:1 activities, and coordinating with the care team, while ensuring 7-day programming and proper documentation in the EMR
