Responsibilities:
Manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, and overall execution.
Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
Review plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
Ensure compliance with HCAI requirements, building codes, safety standards, and project specifications.
Lead project meetings, track progress, and communicate status to stakeholders.
Identify and resolve construction issues while maintaining quality, schedule, and budget objectives.
Qualifications:
3+ years of HCAI/healthcare construction project management experience.
Strong knowledge of HCAI regulations, inspections, and compliance processes.
Experience managing subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and project documentation.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office.
