Retail Production Supervisor

Manage retail production operations and assigned departments to meet store sales goals. Direct production and department staff, ensure merchandise is prepared, priced, signed, and handled appropriately, support customer service, train and coach employees, maintain attendance and safety records, and oversee exterior cleanliness. May manage the store when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent. Manage production operations and assigned departments to achieve store sales goals. Train, direct, and provide performance feedback to employees and community service workers. Maintain attendance records and coach employees on safety and performance. Oversee parking lot cleanliness, delegate maintenance tasks, and manage the store when senior managers are absent.
