Compensation Analyst II

Comp Execs is assisting a privately held, multi-billion dollar, global services company in its search for a Compensation Analyst II. The position can be remote in the US (Eastern and Central Time Zones) or in Charlotte, NC (three days per week in the office). This job requires experience in the development, implementation, and administration of base pay, sales, and other variable compensation programs, including job analyses, annual merit cycle, and annual incentive plan administration. The position reports to the Senior Director, Total Rewards in a dynamic, high growth environment. CCP or CCP in progress preferred.
