WHAT YOU'LL DO: Work directly with the Founder on active leasing assignments Develop expertise in an assigned NYC territory Research properties, ownership, rents, availabilities, and market activity Prospect landlords and tenants Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients Participate in client meetings, property tours, pitches, and negotiations Assist with proposals, presentations, and marketing materials Build your own pipeline and take on greater responsibility as you growWHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR Active New York State Real Estate Salesperson required.
