Insurance Coverage Attorney

Responsibilities: Handle all phases of insurance coverage and disputes litigation Represent clients in court appearances in the NYC area as needed Manage case strategy, discovery, motion practice, and related litigation tasks Collaborate with the broader litigation team on complex coverage matters

Qualifications: Licensed to practice law in New York Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience Experience handling insurance disputes and coverage matters Lives within commuting distance to NYC and able to travel in for occasional court appearances Open to candidates seeking less-than-full-time arrangements
