Senior Process Engineer – Capital Projects (Owner’s Rep)

USA Rare Earth, Inc. seeks a Senior Process Engineer - Capital Projects to lead owner-side oversight of the Round Top project during DFS and through execution. You will interface with the EPCM contractor and ensure SME input is accurately captured in engineering deliverables. Work with process development, chemistry, and piloting teams to translate SME knowledge into guidance, participate in PHAs/HAZOPs, and review equipment sizing to align with pilot data and design intent.
