Construction Project Manager | RemoteA national manufacturer is hiring a Construction Project Manager for its National Accounts team. We fabricate what we sell in our own plants, then manage the build and install at customer sites across the country. You'll run complex, high-dollar projects for national retail brands from your home office, coordinating third-party contractors in multiple states. Every project is a site-specific build, not a copy-and-paste rollout. Expect canopy and exterior building elements, structural attachments and footings, LED and digital components, and electrical runs that have to be right before the crew shows up. Most projects are $75K or more. What you'll own Projects from design through install for national customers in C-store and fuel, wholesale club and big box, and automotive Reading and redlining architectural and construction drawings, and catching design problems before they turn into field problems or margin problems Reviewing drawings and BOMs before anything is released to production Scheduling and managing third-party installers, electricians, and GCs across multiple states at the same time Permits, variances, and site requirements, handled directly or through an expediter Budgets, job costing, and change orders (you negotiate them, you approve them, and you own the outcome)Holding your own with architects, GCs, and customer construction teams on technical details Working inside a process-heavy environment with real systems, and helping make those processes better Mentoring other PMs on the team You're probably a fit if You're a commercial or retail construction PM, or a PM at a manufacturer that fabricates and installs its own product You've built or remodeled C-store, fuel, big box, wholesale club, or dealership sites You're currently managing projects in multiple states, not one region You understand structural attachments, footings, and electrical well enough to work through them with a GC or architect You're comfortable in AutoCAD or Solid Works; Procore and AIA documentation are a plus You've worked in an ERP-driven environment and followed a defined project process You already work from a desk most of the week and like it, with travel around 10 to 20%You can take the occasional weekend call when a project needs it Apply before this one is gone!
