Executive Director, Emergency & Trauma Services

Kaweah Health seeks an experienced Director of Emergency and Trauma Services to lead a busy 70+ bed ED with 100,000 visits annually. This role oversees nursing leadership, policy development, and resource management to ensure safe, high-quality patient care in a Level 3 trauma center. The position requires CA RN licensure, BSN/MSN, and extensive management experience in nursing leadership. Crisis intervention training within 60 days is expected; national certification is preferred.
