Construction Superintendent

POSITION OVERVIEW: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Lead Service Technician to provide concierge-level service and maintenance for high-end residential properties. This is a hands-on role for an individual who takes pride in their work, maintains an extremely clean job site, and can represent the company professionally in clients' homes. You will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and executing small projects with precision and care. You will also lead a laborer/assistant, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform maintenance, repairs, and small project work in luxury residential homesProvide concierge-level service with strong communication and professionalismExecute high-quality rough and finished carpentry workTroubleshoot and resolve issues across multiple trades (carpentry, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, hardware, millwork, etc.)Maintain an exceptionally clean and organized work environment at all timesSupervise and direct a laborer/assistant to complete tasks efficientlyInteract with homeowners and clients in a respectful, polished mannerManage daily service schedules and communicate progress with the officeQUALIFICATIONS:Strong hands-on experience in rough and finished carpentryBroad knowledge of residential construction and maintenance practicesExtremely detail-oriented, neat, and organizedAbility to work independently and take ownership of projectsStrong problem-solving skills and professionalism in client-facing situationsExperience leading or working with an assistant/laborer preferredValid driver's license (required)
