What You'll Do: As a valued member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to:
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and create customized treatment plans
  • Deliver hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercise, and progressive interventions
  • Monitor patient progress and make meaningful adjustments
  • Collaborate with referring providers and fellow therapists for holistic care
  • Educate patients on injury prevention, movement, and wellness
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in a streamlined EMR system
Who You Are: You're a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist who thrives in a patient-first environment. You want more than a job—you want a workplace where your voice matters and your care makes a difference.
Qualifications:
  • Current NY State PT license (or eligibility)DPT from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Strong clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Passion for delivering hands-on, personalized care
  • Open to new grads—mentorship available!
Requirements:
  • CPR certification
  • Basic computer/EMR proficiency
  • Willingness to work flexible weekday hours (NO weekends)
