Pay: $23-26 depending on shift and experience1st ShiftMonday – Friday6:00 AM – 2:30 PM2nd ShiftMonday – Thursday2:00 PM – 12:30 AM (Enjoy 3-day weekends!)
What You'll Do:
  • Assemble cable and fiber optic components to detailed specifications
  • Perform precision assembly using hand tools and assembly fixtures
  • Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, process sheets, and work instructions
  • Build, route, terminate, and inspect cable assemblies
  • Perform electrical testing, continuity testing, polarity checks, insulation resistance testing, and dielectric testing
  • Operate assembly equipment, molds, and plastic injection devices
  • Conduct visual inspections and ensure products meet quality standards
  • Maintain accurate production documentation
  • Follow Lean Manufacturing, quality, and safety procedures
  • Work collaboratively to meet production goals
  • We're Looking For Candidates With 1+ years of experience in assembly, electronic assembly, cable assembly, fiber optic assembly, manufacturing, production, or wiring
  • Experience using hand tools, measuring tools, or electrical test equipment
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, or work instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, ERP/MRP experience is a plus)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
