Individual Giving Manager - Digital & Direct Mail Lead

Democracy Now! is seeking an Individual Giving Manager to lead digital and direct mail fundraising initiatives and cultivate mid-level donors in NYC. The role reports to the Director of Development and guides a small team while coordinating intern support and donor stewardship across channels. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in nonprofit fundraising, strong copywriting, and experience managing $1,000+ donors. This is an NYC-based, in-person position with competitive benefits.
