Job Summary:
The Parts Room Clerk I is responsible for supporting daily parts room operations, including inventory control, receiving and issuing parts, stocking, and delivering materials in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and process incoming shipments Perform regular cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Provide customer service and perform clerical duties Deliver parts to designated departments or personnel Label and package products as needed Issue parts to internal customers accurately Create and maintain daily reports for supervisors Assist with additional parts room tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required Minimum of 6 months of parts room or related experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Forklift certification is a plus Bilingual is preferred but not requiredIND-L
