2+ years of AP experience and a strong understanding of construction-related invoicing and payables.
Responsibilities:
Process high-volume invoices and ensure accurate coding and approvalsMatch invoices to purchase orders, contracts, and supporting documentationManage vendor setup, payments, and account reconciliationsReview invoices for proper job, cost code, and GL codingAssist with subcontractor payments, lien releases, and compliance documentationReconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepanciesSupport month-end close and AP reportingCommunicate with vendors, project managers, and internal accounting teamsMaintain accurate AP records and documentation
