The Parts Advisor will report to the Parts Manager and is an onsite position. Join the Dallas Honda team and help us earn customers for life.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, rotating Saturdays
Pay: Base Salary + Commission
What You'll Do:
- As a Parts Advisor, you'll play a critical role in keeping our service department running efficiently while providing exceptional support to customers and technicians.
- Assist customers, technicians, and vendors with parts inquiries and orders.
- Coordinate with the service team to source parts for repairs and maintenance.
- Order, receive, stock, and organize inventory for quick accessibility.
- Process customer purchases, returns, warranties, and core returns.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and support inventory control processes.
- Deliver outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone.
- What You'll Bring1 or more years of previous automotive, aftermarket, powersports, trucking, or parts experience
- Understanding of automotive systems and components.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Experience with inventory management and computer systems preferred.
- Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
