Patent Litigation Associate

Duties: Assist with legal research, discovery, briefing, and expert reports. Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment. Engage in community-building and diversity initiatives.

Requirements: At least one year of experience in patent litigation. Outstanding academic record. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Registered patent attorney preferred. Technical degree, preferably in electrical engineering or computer sciences. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications: Registered patent attorney status preferred. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in legal research and writing. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
