Strategic Talent Acquisition Director

Recruiterboom is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to design and implement recruiting strategies for our company. You will monitor recruitment procedures from sourcing to hiring, manage a team of recruiters, and identify high-potential candidates. You will help us grow our teams with qualified employees and achieve business goals by building pipelines, leading sourcing, and maintaining strong external partnerships with colleges, boards, and HR software vendors.
