Mid-Level Employment Litigation Associate

Overview: The practice represents premier local and national employers. The role involves taking on a significant part in all aspects of labor and employment law. Daily responsibilities include performing legal research, drafting legal memoranda, motions, and pleadings, attending court conferences, handling discovery-related activities and investigations, preparing position statements and dispositive motions, and counseling clients on employment law matters. The position requires extensive contact with clients, governmental agencies, and opposing counsel.
