Responsibilities: Deliver automotive parts and accessories to wholesale customers, repair facilities, and dealership locations in a safe, efficient, and professional manner. Verify and prepare parts orders for delivery, ensuring accuracy and completeness prior to departure. Receive customer payments, process credit card transactions, handle payments when necessary, and maintain accurate transaction records. Obtain delivery confirmations, customer signatures, and required documentation for all deliveries. Assist with receiving, unpacking, stocking, and organizing incoming inventory shipments. Support parts ordering processes by helping maintain appropriate inventory levels and communicating stock shortages or replenishment needs to management. Process customer returns, warranty parts, and core returns in accordance with dealership policies and manufacturer guidelines. Maintain accurate delivery logs, invoices, and related paperwork. Communicate effectively with Parts Department personnel regarding delivery schedules, customer requests, and order status updates. Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of company delivery vehicles and promptly report any maintenance concerns. Adhere to all dealership policies, safety standards, traffic regulations, and union work rules. Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and warehouse organization. Support parts counter operations during peak business periods. Help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment within the Parts Department. Perform other related duties as assigned within the scope of the position
Qualifications: Valid driver's license for 3 years minimum and clean driving record Ability to safely lift, carry, and move automotive parts weighing up to 50 pounds. Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality eagerness to improve High school diploma or equivalent Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service Reliable transportation to and from work every single day
