Division Leader, Structural Steel Fabrication

Adilstone Group seeks a Division Manager for its structural steel fabrication division in Dallas. You will command about 20 people—from detailers and estimators to project managers and shop floor crews—and own the P&L, production schedule, and safety record. This hands-on, on-site role requires weekly floor walks, daily meetings, and monthly reviews. You will drive strategic plans, oversee quality, and ensure on-time ship dates while pursuing continuous improvement and growth.
