Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, and trials Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the litigation Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to develop case strategies and manage workload Stay current on relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends Assist with business development efforts and participate in marketing activities Mentor and train junior associates and support staff

Admission to the state bar and in good standing 3-5 years of experience in complex litigation, preferably in a law firm setting Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail Business development experience is a plus
