With a strong reputation for quality craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and customer satisfaction, the company manages projects from acquisition and development through construction completion. The Assistant Project Manager will play a key role in supporting project operations across multiple active residential developments. This Assistant Project Manager position offers direct exposure to leadership and the opportunity to work closely with project managers, sales professionals, field teams, and clients. The Assistant Project Manager will have visibility into all aspects of project delivery within a highly respected organization.
Job Description: Provide project coordination and administrative support for multiple Project Managers and the sales team Assist with project budgeting, cost tracking, and financial documentation Process and manage invoices and related project paperwork Support day-to-day operations across several active residential construction projects Coordinate communication between project managers, sales teams, field staff, vendors, and clients Maintain project records and documentation using Microsoft applications and company-specific software Help ensure project information is accurate, organized, and up to date Provide general support wherever needed to keep projects moving efficiently Visit project sites as needed to support the team and gain project exposure Contribute to a fast-paced environment while learning all aspects of the construction process MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
