Director of Nursing - Lead Skilled Care and Growth

Longterm Health Management Services is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead the Nursing Department in a Skilled Nursing facility. You will oversee clinical operations, mentor nursing staff, and drive a culture of compassionate, high-standard resident care. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Nursing, an unencumbered RN license, and at least five years of RN experience with prior department leadership.
