Senior Drainage Engineer (PE) - Lead Hydrology & Flood Risk

NCS is seeking a Senior Drainage Engineer to lead design, analysis, and documentation of stormwater systems for diverse development projects. You will oversee hydrologic and hydraulic studies, coordinate with CAD teams and clients, and ensure quality control. A PE is preferred, with 6–12+ years of drainage experience. You will mentor engineers, manage multiple projects, and ensure compliance with standards, permitting, and budgets while pursuing grant opportunities and public-sector initiatives.
