Sales Consultant

Responsibilities: Sales Consultants generate leads to welcome potential buyers to the community. Partner with home buyers throughout the process from greeting, to showcasing our home models and community offerings, through the contract process, through day of closing. Collaborate with a team to ensure a smooth customer journey and achieve sales goals. Operate in a commission-based environment and be available to work on weekends and some holidays. Experience, Skills, Knowledge Minimum High School or GED required Valid driver's license and good driving record Excellent verbal and written communication skills Intermediate to advanced PC skills (Microsoft Word and Excel) Ability to prepare written documentation and complete contract calculations
