Responsibilities include creating and maintaining end-to-end process maps, identifying process inefficiencies, and collaborating with various teams to ensure the successful adoption of process changes. Applicants should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in technology process improvement, process mapping, business analysis, or related fields, with a preference for those with a background in financial services, technology, operations, or risk management. The role requires a strong understanding of process mapping and re-engineering methods, as well as experience in maintaining process standards and governance. The candidate must be adept at stakeholder engagement, have a risk and control orientation, and demonstrate analytical rigor and execution discipline.
