ESG Disclosure & Data Analyst

Trane Technologies is seeking an ESG Reporting Analyst to develop and manage the company's ESG reporting processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and driving improvements in ESG data management. This role partners with the ESG External Reporting Leader and CEES to ensure accurate disclosures and consistent external messaging. The analyst will work with leaders across the business to implement new reporting tools, monitor global regulations, and lead the annual double materiality assessment.
