Mars, Incorporated is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel, Corporate Sustainability based in Chicago, IL or McLean, VA. The role provides enterprise-wide legal support on sustainability matters across the Americas, advising on reporting, claims, governance, and regulatory compliance while aligning with Mars' Sustainable in a Generation plan. You will partner with Sustainability leaders, translate complex regulatory requirements into practical guidance, develop governance tools, and serve as a trusted
