Induction & Learner Success Lead

Eden Training Solutions is seeking an Induction Officer to welcome and guide learners from enrolment through to handover to their Skills Coach. You will build strong relationships, provide expert guidance and positively impact learners' development. The role emphasizes delivering online and in-person induction sessions, maintaining records, and promoting products and services while supporting learners' journey to success.
