Remote Senior Property Condition & Due Diligence Lead

EBI is seeking a full-time Senior Assessor to conduct Acquisition Property Condition Reports (APCR). The role involves field assessments, interviews with onsite staff, and researching local, state, and federal resources. Travel up to 50% and a remote, home-office setup support working in or near the New York City market. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in a related field, 7+ years in engineering or real estate consulting, and strong technical writing with excellent communication skills.
