Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field
10+ years of relevant risk management or program controls experience
2+ years managing risk management services and teams in a consulting environment
Deep knowledge of risk identification techniques and construction contracts
Familiarity with web-based database tools such as ARM, Predict, and Tableau
